본 약관은 EduO Corp.(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 속청성경(Speed Bible) 모바일 앱(번들 ID: app.speedbible.mobile) 및 웹 서비스 speedbible.app(이하 통칭 "서비스") 이용에 관한 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무를 규정합니다. 서비스를 다운로드·설치·이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
EN: These Terms govern your use of the Speed Bible mobile app (bundle ID app.speedbible.mobile) and the web service at speedbible.app (the "Service"), operated by EduO Corp. (the "Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
한국어·영어·중국어 성경 텍스트의 TTS(음성 합성) 재생, 다배속(1×~5×) 청취, 학습 통계, 스터디 그룹 기능을 제공합니다.
EN: We provide TTS playback of the Bible in Korean, English, and Chinese, with multi-speed listening (1×–5×), learning statistics, and study group features. The free tier covers the base books with Edge TTS; the premium entitlement adds Azure Neural TTS voices and the full Bible.
EN: You must be 14+ to create an account (minors require guardian consent). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations after notice. You may delete your account at any time from inside the app or via our deletion page.
프리미엄(premium) 기능은 자동갱신형 인앱 구독으로 제공됩니다. 결제·갱신·해지는 각 플랫폼(Apple App Store / Google Play Store)을 통해 처리되며, 회사는 결제 정보를 직접 보유하지 않습니다.

EN: Premium is an auto-renewing in-app subscription billed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price displayed in the store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your platform settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are shown at the time of purchase.
EN: Refunds for in-app purchases follow the policy of the platform that processed the payment (Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com; Google via Play Store refund process). Statutory rights under Korean consumer law are honored to the extent applicable. For Company-caused service failures, contact osam@dopamine-english.com for a prorated refund.
본 서비스가 사용하는 성경 번역본은 자유롭게 이용 가능합니다 — 한국어 개역한글판은 저작재산권 만료(저작인격권 준수), 영어·중국어 본문은 퍼블릭 도메인(public domain)입니다. 앱 내 설정 → 일반 → 📖 성경 출처에서도 동일하게 안내됩니다.

EN: The Bible translations used by the Service are free to use — the Korean Revised Version (1961, Korean Bible Society) is out of copyright (moral rights respected), while the World English Bible (WEB) and the Chinese Union Version (和合本) are in the public domain. The app shows the same list under Settings → General → 📖 Bible Source. App UI, code, and TTS-generated audio are owned by the Company; reverse engineering, redistribution, and commercial reuse are prohibited. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use.
EN: Unauthorized scraping, API abuse, reverse engineering, account theft, receipt tampering, entitlement bypass, mass redistribution of TTS output, denial-of-service style load, and any unlawful use are prohibited.
회사는 운영상·기술상의 사유로 서비스 내용 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중단 시 사전에 공지합니다. 유료 구독자에게 영향을 주는 중대한 변경의 경우 미사용 기간에 비례한 환불을 제공할 수 있습니다.
EN: We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice. Material changes affecting paid subscribers may entitle them to a prorated refund.
서비스는 "있는 그대로(AS-IS)" 제공되며, 회사는 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 천재지변, 통신 장애, 제3자 서비스(Apple/Google/Firebase/RevenueCat/Microsoft Azure 등)의 장애, 이용자 기기·네트워크의 문제로 인한 손해에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.
EN: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for outages caused by force majeure, third-party services (Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, Microsoft Azure), or user-side device/network issues.
관계 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 회사의 책임은 이용자가 직전 12개월 동안 회사에 지급한 구독료 합계를 초과하지 않습니다. 간접·부수·결과적 손해(데이터 손실, 영업 손실 포함)에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 단, 회사의 고의 또는 중과실로 인한 손해는 제외됩니다.
EN: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or lost profits), except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 우선 회사와 이용자가 상호 협의로 해결합니다. 합의에 이르지 못한 경우 「민사소송법」상의 관할법원을 제1심 관할로 합니다. 소비자는 자국 거주지 법원에 제소할 수 있는 권리에 영향을 받지 않습니다.
EN: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; otherwise the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act has jurisdiction. Consumers retain any non-waivable right to sue in the courts of their home country.
회사는 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 최소 7일 전(이용자에게 불리하거나 중대한 변경은 최소 30일 전)에 본 페이지 및 앱 내 공지로 안내합니다. 시행일 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
EN: We may amend these Terms with notice on this page and in-app at least 7 days before the effective date (or 30 days for materially adverse changes). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
